The little girl’s father, Policeman and Iraq war Veteran Daryl Raetz, was killed only 3 days before her kindergarten graduation. In a touching act of solidarity for Tatum and her Mom, many members from the Phoenix police forced turned out to honor the little girl on her graduation day.
